LCP is hiring a Laser Production Operator to set up and operate laser systems, load materials, perform visual and quality inspections, and resolve simple process malfunctions. The role requires vocational training in machine and plant operation, machining, or a comparable production qualification, the ability to read technical drawings, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule. The position offers structured onboarding, health and fitness benefits, and three possible shifts: 06:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30, or 22:00–06:30.
