The Laser Track Trainee supports dimensional inspection and measurement activities using portable laser tracking systems while learning fundamental metrology skills. The role assists technicians with equipment setup and breakdown, part inspections, measurement data collection, fixture and tooling verification, inspection reporting, calibration-log upkeep, and safety procedures. It is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or GED, basic measurement knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn; occasional travel and physically demanding work may be required.
