Description
The Welder performs hand laser welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel; prepares and inspects materials; sets up and maintains welding equipment; executes butt, lap, and fillet welds; inspects completed welds; follows safety and SOP procedures; records production data; and collaborates with team members. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, welding and blueprint knowledge, experience welding small and large components, and the ability to work in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. The schedule is second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP services.
