The LifeSpa Lash Specialist provides individualized lash services and treatments, including lash extensions, tinting, and lifting, while educating clients, discussing service options, maintaining salon cleanliness, promoting products and treatments, and staying current with industry certifications and trends. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an esthetician or cosmetologist license in the work state, numerical calculation ability, and the ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; two years of lash experience, six months of sales experience, and knowledge of Salon Biz software are preferred.
