Addi is hiring a Last-Mile Logistics Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of its logistics operation, including live order-pipeline monitoring, carrier-exception resolution, billing-reconciliation, seller onboarding, SLA-contingency planning, and a daily operations dashboard. The role requires 3–5 years of last-mile or marketplace logistics experience in Colombia, ownership of operational KPIs, carrier-management expertise, data-based root-cause analysis, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, and experience with operational reporting and partner onboarding.
