Description
The role owns end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across India, managing multiple hubs, regional networks, 3PL partners, delivery teams, SLAs, customer escalations, costs, fleet and manpower planning, operational reporting, and continuous improvement. It also leads regional operations teams and collaborates with warehouse, planning, customer support, finance, and technology functions. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business management, or a related field and 5–10 years of relevant experience are required; multi-city or multi-hub, e-commerce, logistics, and vendor-management experience are preferred, along with frequent travel across hubs.
