Rohlik is hiring a Last Mile Operations Manager to lead the last-mile team at a new, highly automated fulfillment center from launch. The role manages Area Managers and drives delivery performance, safety, staffing, quality, productivity, KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, process implementation, and continuous improvement. It requires at least three years of last-mile, logistics, transport, or delivery operations management experience, team-management experience with 50+ people, strong analytical and leadership skills, English proficiency, and conversational Czech.
