Description
The E-commerce Operations Analyst is an entry-level role for recent graduates supporting customer onboarding, integrations, and operational processes for Pipe17’s e-commerce platform. The analyst prepares documentation and test cases, answers basic operational questions, documents workflows, configures and tests integrations with e-commerce platforms, ERPs, and 3PLs, validates orders and inventory, monitors sync errors, tracks project tasks, and escalates technical issues. Training is provided, and the role is intended to prepare the analyst for future growth into a Solution Architect role.
