Description
The Lateral Conflicts Analyst will work under the Conflicts & Laterals Manager and in-house General Counsel to research, review, analyze, and resolve potential conflicts of interest related to matter intake and lateral hiring. The role includes factual research, database and conflicts-system maintenance, data entry, report writing, candidate-submission review, and coordination with attorneys and legal support staff. It is a full-time, 100% remote position with an as-needed office requirement, pays $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus eligibility, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of lateral-conflicts administration experience, conflicts-resolution experience, database-search-system experience, and strong research and communication skills.
