Nesco Resource is hiring a full-time Lathe Operator for a 1st-shift, four-day-per-week schedule. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes, reading blueprints and setup sheets, loading bar stock, installing and adjusting cutting tools, performing tight-tolerance inspections, documenting work, reporting defects, and maintaining machines and a clean work environment. Applicants need lathes experience, mechanical aptitude, blueprint and tolerance knowledge, precision-measuring experience, attention to detail, and solid math skills; tight-tolerance, multi-axis CNC, Swiss-machine, and troubleshooting experience are bonuses. The position pays $48,000–$52,000 per year and includes medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
