Orsini is hiring a Launch & Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and launch of new rare-disease specialty pharmacy programs, from contract win through post-launch stabilization. The role owns manufacturer onboarding, project governance, timelines, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, operational readiness, KPI tracking, documentation, and continuous improvement across clinical, pharmacy, patient services, compliance, technology, finance, and data analytics teams. The position is remote, with ideal proximity to Elk Grove Village, Illinois, or Columbus, Ohio, and requires periodic travel for manufacturer and implementation engagements.
