AST SpaceMobile is hiring a Launch Campaign Technical Program Manager to provide strategic, operational, and programmatic support to the Launch Director for satellite launch campaigns. The role covers campaign planning, readiness monitoring, cross-functional coordination, logistics, launch-site operations, infrastructure projects, risk management, reporting, and operational improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM-related field and at least five years of program management or mission management experience in the satellite launch industry; LEO constellation, launch operations, launch vehicles, systems testing, heavy-load operations, 24/7 operations, automation, and AI tools are preferred. The position requires office work, lifting up to 25 pounds, rotating shifts, and travel to launch providers.
