One Mobility Group is seeking a Launch Engineer in Taicang, China, to coordinate new-product manufacturing launches in an automotive and electrified-mobility environment. The role manages launch resources, budgets, quotations, project plans, timelines, and rate-of-climb plans; develops manufacturing and assembly processes, machines, and tools; creates Pflow, PFMEA, and work instructions; improves production efficiency; trains and directs operators; resolves process issues; coordinates quality analysis and corrective actions; and controls project costs.
