Description
Ford is hiring a Vehicle Launch Engineer to manage parts and processes for new-model vehicle launches at the Ohio Assembly Plant. The role includes maintaining OTG parts lists and BOMs, coordinating change control and launch meetings, preparing the plant launch team, developing build schedules, participating in pre-production builds, and documenting issues in AIMS. The position requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience and education, 2–3 years of automotive experience, domestic and possible international travel, and strong communication skills; Microsoft Office and Excel are preferred. The role may rotate between launch-team functions and schedule hourly team members using WF1. Visa sponsorship is not available.
