HARMAN is hiring a Launch Engineer in Pécs, Baranya, Hungary to support the launch and transition of automotive manufacturing products, equipment, and processes. The role covers SAP project planning, production capacity and layout design, manufacturing process optimization, equipment procurement, production documentation, change management, installation and commissioning, prototype production, and audit support. It is a regular permanent position with an annual gross base salary of 9,270,000–13,596,000 Hungarian Forint and requires independent work, confident communication, and similar experience; a similar work experience is a plus.
