Description
HARMAN is hiring a Launch Engineer in Querétaro, Mexico to support the industrialization and launch of automotive audio and integrated technology products. The role coordinates project documentation, engineering and product changes, PLM and customer requirements, packaging, BOM changes, pre-series builds, equipment and fixture installation, cybersecurity implementations, test coverage, procurement, and capacity planning. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering, knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, engineering changes, and documentation control, and at least five years of experience in industrial product manufacturing, new project coordination, and continuous improvement. The position is permanent, salaried, and requires travel and office work.
