Description
Lucid is hiring a Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute launch activities for new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness. The role leads readiness assessments, build events, issue management, validation, manufacturing readiness, cross-functional communication, reporting, and continuous improvement, serving as a key interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Program Management, and Product Development teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, at least three years of automotive manufacturing experience, and familiarity with vehicle assembly, APQP, project management, data analysis, and manufacturing validation.
