One Mobility Group is hiring a Launch Engineer in Taicang, China. The role supports new-product launches in an automotive manufacturing environment by coordinating launch resources, budgets, quotations, project plans, timelines, and rate-of-climb plans; developing manufacturing and assembly processes, machines, and tools; preparing Pflow, PFMEA, and work instructions; improving production efficiency; training and directing operators; resolving process and work-instruction problems; coordinating quality-issue analysis and corrective actions; and controlling project costs.
