Magna Powertrain is hiring a Program Manager to develop launch plans for new products or processes, manage program resources, maintain financial health, and achieve productivity and customer-satisfaction targets. The role requires an engineering degree, five years of automotive-industry experience, two years in a similar program, account, or launch management position, and experience with automotive OEM launches, metalworking, and assembly processes. The position also requires extensive knowledge of automotive quality, project management, financial, SAP, and global program-management systems, along with advanced Business English and basic German or Japanese depending on the customer and design center.
