The role coordinates cross-functional resources, build events, production ramp-up, capacity planning, launch readiness reviews, logistics, budgets, dashboards, and post-SOP performance reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field, at least five years of automotive manufacturing plant experience, and at least three years of program management, APQP, or launch management experience.
