Monaco is hiring a Launch Operations professional to own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience from contract signature through go-live. The role combines execution of onboarding calls, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and customer activation with building scalable playbooks, workflows, and onboarding tooling. It also involves translating customer goals into outbound plans, improving speed to value, surfacing customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and working directly with founders, CROs, and GTM leaders.
