Description

The Launch Planner owns the end-to-end launch timeline for active robotics deployment sites, coordinating status across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Account Management, and customer teams. The role tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, and forecasted timeline health; escalates slippage; runs recurring status reviews; and builds tools and processes to automate status tracking and reporting as launch volume grows. The position requires 2–5+ years of technical or customer-facing program management experience, strong scheduling and cross-functional coordination skills, a PMP or equivalent credential, and experience with process tooling or automation.
