Description
Seneca is hiring a Launch Program Manager to own the end-to-end deployment of aircraft systems for customers, from commercial handoff through operational readiness. The role manages launch plans, milestones, risks, customer onboarding, training, regulatory approvals, site readiness, shipping, commissioning, and handoffs to ongoing operations, while building a repeatable launch playbook and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of relevant program management, deployment, field operations, or implementation experience, regular travel to customer locations, and strong planning, risk management, communication, and execution skills.
