Description
Autoliv is seeking a Launch Project Manager to lead the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing projects from concept through production. The role coordinates production strategy, manufacturing readiness, process implementation, project timing and costs, line design, equipment sourcing, validation builds, and run-at-rate activities while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least three years of relevant experience, manufacturing launch experience, multinational-company experience, strong project and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes and validation activities, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, fluent English, and the ability to work in cross-functional international teams.
