MANTECH is hiring a full-time Launch Site System Engineer to support launch vehicle readiness, safe operations, and technical compliance at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida. The role provides systems engineering support for National Security Space missions, monitors SpaceX anomaly resolution and configuration changes, evaluates launch complex requirements and verification documentation, supports launch readiness and post-flight reviews, and assists with mission operations, troubleshooting, and launch site communication systems. The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of DoD, launch, range, or space-lift integration experience, launch site communication systems expertise, familiarity with CCSFS operations, and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
