Northrop Grumman is hiring a Launch Systems Business Unit, Deputy Programs Director 2 in its Strategic Deterrent Systems division headquarters in Roy, Utah. The role leads the programmatic, technical, and business integration of the Sentinel Launch Systems Business Unit, reports to the Vice President of Launch Systems, and is responsible for strategy, staffing, execution, risk and opportunity management, financial performance, customer and executive presentations, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience or a master’s degree with 8 years, at least five years of leadership experience, strong program management skills, and an active DoD Secret clearance; DoD TS/SCI clearance and ICBM experience are preferred. The standard schedule is 9/80, and the position may offer relocation assistance.
