IESE Solutions is hiring a Launch Systems Engineer in El Segundo, California to support and execute launch integration efforts for US Space Force satellite programs. The role manages technical and programmatic risks, coordinates launch service providers and contractors, defines readiness and payload-processing plans, negotiates interface requirements, and oversees launch execution. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least nine years of systems engineering and requirements-management experience including satellite integration, testing, and processing, launch-vehicle knowledge, USG SPO contractor experience, and an active DoD security clearance with SCI eligibility and Continuous Evaluation enrollment.
