Description
The role greets arriving guests, assists with safe unloading of items, delivers laundry and clothing to guestrooms, responds to guest and front-desk requests, monitors laundry and dry-cleaning quality, completes valet tickets, and coordinates repairs and deliveries. It requires excellent guest-service skills, a flexible schedule, professional appearance, confidentiality, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 10 pounds. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license is required.
