Description
The Laundry Manager will oversee daily laundry operations at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping. Responsibilities include managing laundry production, staff and supplies, training team members, controlling inventory of uniforms, linens, tableware, and chemicals, planning preventive maintenance, conducting daily briefings, using departmental control systems, and managing production and inventory reports. The role requires five years of hotel management experience and a university degree in Tourism or Hotel Management, preferably.
