Description
The Laundry Production Operator serves on the front-line production team supporting a high-capacity commercial laundry plant. Responsibilities include maintaining linen flow through tunnels, washers, and dryers; loading linen into pockets; processing bags and other laundry activities; maintaining production standards; following safety precautions; and notifying supervisors of technical problems. The role may involve dryer operation, washing, stain washing, sewing or mending, soil sorting, folding, commercial ironing, packing, and distribution.
