Description
The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation of the laundry and uniform room sections at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. Responsibilities include checking laundry and dry-cleaning quality, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, supervising staff conduct and safety, training and rotating employees, recording production reports, maintaining chemical stock, posting laundry charges in Micros, and responding to emergencies. The role also supports the hotel’s balanced scorecard results for financial performance, guest satisfaction, human capital, and market share.
