Description
The Laundry Supervisor oversees daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, sorting, and preparation of linens and event rental items. The role supervises and schedules staff, coordinates with Operations, Event Planners, and Inventory, maintains linen and rental inventory, trains employees, monitors productivity and quality, and ensures safe and organized departmental operations. The position requires at least five years of managerial or supervisory experience in laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, events, or a similar operational environment, along with knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, chemical handling, inventory management, and Microsoft Office. The role is full-time, requires weekend and public holiday availability, and pays CI$36,000 to CI$44,400 per annum plus benefits.
