Description
The Laundry Supervisor oversees daily hotel laundry and dry-cleaning operations, including linen and guest laundry quality, turnaround times, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, equipment testing, route organization, priority management, consumable monitoring, maintenance reporting, and team training and evaluation. The role requires technical training in laundry operations or equivalent, at least two years of laundry experience, preferably in hospitality, knowledge of industrial laundry equipment, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
