Description
Your Green Team is hiring a full-time Lawn Care Technician to perform aeration, fertilization, general landscaping, turf and shrub problem diagnosis, equipment operation, and property cleanup. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a valid driver’s license; landscaping or lawn-care experience is a plus but training is provided. Starting pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay, production bonuses, commissions, health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) employer match.
