Description
The role performs general lawn maintenance for commercial properties, homeowners associations, and residential homes, including mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, leaf raking, equipment servicing, grounds cleanup, and snow management. The position also provides guidance to management, maintains vehicles and equipment, follows safety regulations, and may supervise crew members. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, and the requirements include reliable transportation, Michigan employment eligibility, a valid Michigan license, the ability to lift 50 pounds or more, turf-maintenance skills, effective communication, quality and efficient work, basic equipment and hand-tool operation, and bilingual Spanish, which is preferred.
