Description
Avantia is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their team on a consultancy basis. The successful candidate will lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, joinder agreements, engagement letters, and non-reliance letters. This role involves managing the entire contract process, from initial review and negotiation to document execution, working collaboratively with internal teams and external counterparts. The position is fully remote, requiring a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.
