Kubicki Draper's Miami office is looking for a lawyer with over seven years of experience in appellate and litigation support. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex writing and/or appellate clerkship, along with strong legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills. They should also possess prior appellate and/or courtroom experience, a desire for career advancement, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves conducting complex research and analysis, drafting/revising pleadings and motions, appearing in court, and communicating effectively with both team members and clients.
