Description
The employer is seeking a lawyer to handle legal matters from initiation through conclusion, including drafting contestations, appeals, counterarguments, and other submissions; advising representatives and witnesses; conducting hearings; and preparing reports, opinions, and risk analyses. The role requires a law degree with an active OAB, preferably Office proficiency, prior legal experience, and residence near the office; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
