Description
The role monitors a portfolio of court cases, analyzes client materials, prepares defenses, reviews publications, drafts and submits court filings, tracks cases, manages deadlines and court costs, and guides the legal support team. It also supports quality management, regulatory compliance, audits, data protection, and information security. The position requires a law degree and active OAB registration, preferably Office-suite proficiency, and experience in civil litigation; it is based near an office and follows an eight-hour daily schedule.
