Description
LIGENTEC is hiring a Layout and Automation Design Engineer to execute photonic integrated circuit layouts, contribute to component design, develop layout libraries and automation scripts, interface with process and yield engineering, support characterization data analysis, and document layout methodologies. The role requires an MSc or PhD in photonics or a related field, at least three years of integrated optics layout or automation programming experience, expertise in GDSfactory or IPKISS, strong Python and Git skills, and knowledge of PIC manufacturing and yield.
