Synopsys is hiring an Analog Layout Designer to translate analog schematics into mask layouts for analog blocks ranging from small cells to larger subsystems. The role involves device placement, routing, DRC and LVS verification, collaboration with schematic designers, and Python or PCL automation. It is intended for a junior designer who will receive mentorship for the first few months and then work toward independent ownership of full blocks. The position is based in Ottawa and requires onsite full-time work.
