Description
Synopsys is hiring a Layout Design, Manager in Yerevan, Armenia, to lead a team of SRAM memory layout engineers through floorplanning, physical design, verification, and product release. The role owns memory array, bitcell, peripheral, power distribution, and full-memory-instance layouts; resolves DRC, LVS, ERC, antenna, EM/IR, routing, and parasitic issues; manages schedules and technical dependencies; and develops methodologies, automation, and reuse practices. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least seven years of SRAM memory layout experience, and experience leading engineering teams or managing complex technical projects.
