Description
The Layout Engineer will perform dimensional inspections of precision and turbine components using Zeiss Inspect/GOM Inspect and optical or structured-light scanning systems. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, developing inspection programs and workflows, preparing ISO17025-compliant documentation and deviation reports, and supporting inspection process optimization. Candidates must have Zeiss/GOM inspection experience, optical or structured-light scanning experience, GD&T knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, Microsoft Office experience, and familiarity with relevant quality standards; U.S. person status is required.
