Description
Micron Technology is seeking a NAND Layout Team Lead to lead and develop a global NAND layout team, manage analog and custom layout projects, coordinate resources and cross-functional teams across India, the United States, Japan, and Italy, and drive team performance and growth. The role requires Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS proficiency, systematic IC layout planning, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted coding and workflow automation. Prior NAND or non-volatile memory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
