The Portfolio Manager oversees the operations, financial performance, and administration of multiple condominium and homeowners’ associations. The role serves as the primary advisor to Association Boards, manages budgets and reserve planning, coordinates vendors and maintenance projects, supervises onsite staff, ensures compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes, and supports capital improvement projects. An active Florida LCAM license, a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel between communities, and strong financial, organizational, communication, and software skills are required; 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
