Morgan Stanley is hiring a Business Analyst and Solution Designer to partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders in the Legal & Compliance Division. The role covers requirements gathering, process improvement, solution design, low-code/no-code implementation, testing, user adoption, and the use of Microsoft Copilot and generative AI. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior business analysis, process improvement, or solution implementation experience, low-code/no-code experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Financial services, risk, legal, compliance, regulatory, data, automation, and digital transformation experience are preferred. Flexible working arrangements are available.
