Description
The Laboratory Analyst performs complex analytical testing on cannabis and cannabis-derived products using HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and microbial testing platforms. The role includes instrument calibration and maintenance, data analysis, report preparation, chain-of-custody documentation, quality control, regulatory compliance, method validation support, and training of laboratory staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, 1–2 years of analytical laboratory experience, proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and LIMS, and the ability to work in a laboratory setting with occasional evenings or weekends.
