Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide behavioral health and substance abuse interventions to an underserved population at the JRF Community Health Center, working with a primary care medical team. Responsibilities include in-person and telehealth assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, patient education, referrals, treatment planning, documentation, outreach, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. The role requires LCSW licensure, a master's degree in social work, Spanish-English bilingual ability, and strong behavioral health, substance abuse, assessment, and case-planning skills; two years of healthcare clinical social worker experience is preferred. The schedule is flexible, preferably two to three days per week and Saturday mornings.
