Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides biopsychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, psychoeducation, support-group facilitation, resource linkage, discharge planning, and goals-of-care conversations for patients and families in hospital and other patient-care settings. The role requires a master’s degree in social work or a related field, LCSW licensure, and two years of recent relevant experience, and is scheduled per diem or casually with varied shifts, occasional weekends, and no benefits.
