Description
The Labor and Delivery Assistant Manager provides leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff in the Labor and Delivery Unit, coordinating staffing, patient flow, assignments, performance, documentation, safety, and emergency response. The role supports direct patient and newborn care, interdisciplinary collaboration, onboarding, quality improvement, and patient safety under the direction of the OB Nurse Manager. Candidates must be licensed Registered Nurses with current good-standing licenses, at least two years of Labor and Delivery experience, and BLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, NRP, and ACLS certifications.
